License to Use Infinite Technology grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Customer Portal in accordance with these Terms. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of Customer Portal software or its features is strictly prohibited.

2.1. Subscription Plans: Customer Portal offers subscription plans on a periodic basis. Subscription details, including fees, are clearly outlined at the time of purchase.
2.2. Payment Terms: All fees are due in advance for the selected subscription period and are non-refundable, except as required by law.
2.3. Late Payments: Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.
All software, graphics, logos, and content within Customer Portal are the intellectual property of Infinite Technology and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Unauthorized use of any Customer Portal intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
4.1. Data Collection and Use: We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are committed to ensuring your privacy and protecting any personal data shared with us.
4.2. Data Ownership: You retain ownership of the data you enter into Customer Portal. By using Customer Portal, you grant us a license to use, host, and process your data to improve service performance and user experience.
5.1. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to misuse Customer Portal. This includes, but is not limited to, attempts to hack, damage, or exploit Customer Portal’s functionality or security.
5.2. Compliance with Laws: You must use Customer Portal in compliance with all applicable laws and must not use it to conduct or promote illegal activities.
Customer Portal may integrate with third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and policies, which may differ from ours. Infinite Technology is not responsible for third-party services or for any issues arising from their use.
Infinite Technology will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Customer Portal, including but not limited to data loss, interruptions, or financial losses. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you to Customer Portal during the twelve months preceding the claim.
By User: You may terminate your Customer Portal account at any time. However, any fees already paid will not be refunded.
By Customer Portal: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for any other reason, at our discretion.
Infinite Technology may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or notification to users. Continued use of Customer Portal after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Raipur Chhattisgarh India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Raipur Chhattisgarh India.
